Try to waterproof the basement. Well, the reality is not wet, but I want to seal it down and put some low cost apartments. Now it is very dry in the rain, but I would say ghetto ;-) sec.
The house is about 100 years and has 3 different parts of the basement, 15x15 feet in all. The first section is doing wrong kept at 100% dry and free of cracks or anything. The second part is a secret and stay dry, stay together downspouts during a rain storm. I think we just need to seal it to the concrete. Part 3 is coming when my questions.
